Soliloquy

My work revolves around the concept of personal identity. 18 acrylic sheets to represent my age, an illusion is created. When viewed from the front, my work resembles a barcode but from the sides, the scars overlays to form my face. The scars gradually increase in intensity as it represents the accumulation of my experience over the years. Through my curation process, I have learnt to embrace and accept myself for who I am and to remain true to my own identity.
